FedDev Ontario Funding Opportunity Can Boost Sarnia Businesses

Sarnia businesses looking to grow, innovate, or enhance productivity can now access repayable federal funding through FedDev Ontario’s flagship program. This initiative offers interest-free, repayable contributions ranging from $125,000 up to $10 million per project, covering up to 50% of eligible project costs.

Eligible projects include:

• Developing or commercializing new products, processes, or services
• Improving operational productivity and competitiveness
• Scaling up to enter new markets or expand existing ones

To qualify, businesses must be:

• For-profit, incorporated and operating in southern Ontario
• In business for at least 3 years
• Typically, having between 5 and 500 full-time employees 

The current intake is open on a rolling basis, offering flexibility for businesses at various stages of readiness.
